Who We Are

Heather Gibson
Owner, DTC-CDT
Heather took over South Coast Hydrotherapy in 2022. She has been training dogs since 1984 and is a breeder of Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers since 2009. She currently has five Tollers - Conlaoch, Fiadh, Orlaith, Radha and Saoirse.

Emma Attree
Hydrotherapist IRVAP
Emma has been working at SCH since 2021 when she joined the team after completing her training a few years previous.
Emma currently has four Spaniels - Dolly, Fern, Zest and Berry, and a Labrador called Willow.
Dolly won the Small Teams Agility in 2018 which has been their greatest achievement in agility.

Steph Miller
Hydrotherapist
Steph has worked at the centre since 2019 alongside working as a gundog and agility trainer.
She has two Collies - Stan and Robyn, and four Spaniels - Lark, Finch, Manny and Trio.

Dani Fay
Hydrotherapist IRVAP
Dani has worked at the centre since 2015.
Dani currently doesn't have any pets of her own but has family dogs. They are shelties and they do not like the water.

Jess Taylor
Hydrotherapist
Jess joined the team in 2023 after completing her training at the centre. Jess has a Golden Retriever called Mara who absolutely loves that her Mum works at a swimming pool for dogs.

Esme Johnston
Hydrotherapist, RVN
Esme joined the team in 2025. She has also been working as a Registered Veterinary Nurse since 2019. She has two Dachshunds called Mabel and Ernie, a Viszla called Rudi, three cats and a collection of reptiles!

Emily Davies
Veterinary Physiotherapist and Chiropractor
BSc Hons VetPhys (IRVAP, AHPR)
Emily joined the team in in 2024 as an independent Veterinary Physiotherapist and Chiropractor. She covers Dorset and Hampshire area treating canines, equines and other small animals.
