Canine Hydrotherapy Rehabilitation Centre & Hydrotherapy School

South Coast Hydrotherapy Centre, located in Verwood, Dorset, is led by Heather Gibson and a team of qualified hydrotherapists Dani, Emma, Jess, Steph, and Esme. We provide hydrotherapy for dogs with a variety of conditions, as well as fitness swims for those seeking a fun, safe water experience. The centre is also an accredited training provider for the Level 3 Certificate in Small Animal Hydrotherapy, offering practical, one-to-one experience with real patients.

Our Services

Hydrotherapy

We offer safe, warm-water swimming for dogs to support fun, fitness, weight loss, rehabilitation for medical or orthopaedic conditions, confidence building, and positive puppy introductions to water.

Underwater Treadmill

Our treadmill provides controlled, reduced weight-bearing exercise in warm water. A hydrotherapist will monitor gait, stride, and movement, adjusting water depth and treadmill speed each session to target specific muscles and support correct gait patterns.

Physiotherapy

We offer CPD courses designed for Hydrotherapists, Physiotherapists and animal professionals to inform, challenge and expand their knowledge in the small animal rehabilitation field, which is a continually developing industry.
